3Sqn invite like minded individuals to join once they have shown sincere interest in the Squadrons people, SOP's/training, and relaxed professional attitude.
How do I join? Simply come fly and have fun with us, feel free to join our Vent server and participate in some training. You'll get the feel for us as we'll also for you.
We have a very in depth trainning program including all the dometic basics, Formation, BFM, ACM, Intercepts as "-2" and also as leads. So you choose how far you wish to take your training and the commitment level / time you put into it.
